Technology is changing the way we do almost everything, from searching the
literature to learning clinical skills with high delity simulators. Broad principles of
safety and competency apply across settings. Whatever the teaching setting, a key
concept is making a good "t" between the needed student learning, the assignments,
and technology tools that are chosen. As technologies rapidly change, Nursing and
Allied Health faculty need broad conceptual tools to help stay on track. This workshop
provides a framework to guide our teaching with technologies using online learning
and other technology exemplars.
