Course Description: The bottom line for achieving your company’s sales goals and objectives is a sales team that is effective – an effectiveness that comes through strategic thought and application! Here is an opportunity for your sales representatives to immediately incorporate new tools and process into their daily routine. This pragmatic approach will encourage your representatives to immediately put their new skills into action with customers and prospects! In addition, in each session the participant will receive a “coaching opportunity” document designed to be shared with his/her sales team leader and used as needed to reinforce and coach the new concepts and approaches covered in class. ------
